FORM 2 Open the ICE Detention & Bond Questionnaire For a person detained by ICE or detention-centered concerns
A family member or trusted person may submit available information when the detained person cannot complete the questionnaire. Do not delay requesting help merely because every document or answer is unavailable.
If a hearing, filing deadline, transfer, removal, or other urgent event is approaching, call the firm promptly rather than relying only on the form.
